Refund policy

For online purchases, we will gladly accept unworn items in original condition for refund within 14 days of delivery. All goods returned to us must be in their original packaging and in salable condition. It is advised you keep the box and plastic wrap provided should you need to return. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If you would like to make an exchange, simply email us at pemanyonline@gmail.com and we will gladly help you.

For purchases made in person at our boutique, we will gladly accept unworn items in original condition for exchange or credit within 14 days of purchase. Because we are a small, family-run business, not a giant corporation, we cannot give refunds for items bought in our boutique. Thank you for your understanding.

PEMA reserves the right to deny refunds should the merchandise not meet return policy requirements.

For gold and silver-plated metals, please expect some natural tarnishing over time with wear. To reduce the effect of wear, avoid swimming, sweating and high humidity. Avoid water,direct contact with any chemicals like perfume. Your pH also affects the plating. From our experience,there are some people whose skin pH will cause the plating to wear down in mere days! Gently wipe jewelry with soft polishing cloth and store in a safe place or in a ziplock bag.
